3. Ready stock orders will be shipped within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

If ready stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Pre-order items will be shipped within 4–6 weeks.
Delivery may be delayed due to supplier or logistics issues.

5. Order cancellations are not accepted for both ready stock and pre-order items.
不论现货或预购商品，下单后恕不接受取消。
6. Orders containing both pre-order and ready stock items will incur two shipping fees.
Orders will be shipped separately.
